Bought a Groupon to get my eyebrows threaded three times. Only went twice and decided not to go a third time. The owner is the only employee. She does a very rushed job and does not get all of the hairs. She is also terrible at keeping track of appointments. I was left voicemails reminding me of appointments for facials that I never made. Despite making an appointment, you still need to call the day of to make sure that she feels like having her salon open. On my second appointment, she thought it was my third appointment, and I felt like she was trying to rip me off. And despite how many times I told her that I didn't have an appointment for a facial, she never remembered. When walking in, instead of being greeted pleasantly, she rudely shouts "Who's there?!" One time another customer came in for a pedicure and she mocked how ugly her current nail polish was and said "who did this?!" And the customer replied that was the leftover pedicure she had gotten done from her last time she was there. She doesn't even remember her customers.
