I recently purchased a vehicle that was said to be in running and driving condition. They brought the car with a fork lift and placed it onto my trailer. I strapped it down onto my trailer and returned back to my shop in New york. Upon returning to my shop I went to take the car off the trailer. I tried to start the car but it would not start. I did not even take it off at this point. I contacted copart with my concern as they said this car was supposed to be in running and driving condition. Copart said to me because I left the premises they can not do anything about the situation. Basically they do not stand by what they say. Very disappointed with this transaction.
Got my car fast and no hassles. In and out in 30 minutes. Best Copart experience so far.

So disappointed in copart.. i paid for a car and told a tolling van to go pick it up to the port for shipping but so disappointed copart did not release the vehicle tittle to the tolling agent after making me pay more storage fees.. poor customer service in Trenton..now i begin to hate copart
